I really hope they read it. Thank you for trying to educate our public officials, although some wish to remain ignorant and/or care only about short-term profits from the war machine. Money can’t buy back life or the planet.

As of 2019 there are ~3,750 active nuclear warheads +13,890 total nuclear warheads in the world. Your Letter recs cutting arsenals by at least 90%, but that would STILL leave the World hostage to ~375 ACTIVE warheads+1,389. total warheads. Why not total #unilateraldisarmament?
