To @POTUS and @TheJusticeDept: Stop the extradition of Assange. I am as indictable as he is on the exact same charges. I will plead "not guilty" on grounds of your blatantly unconstitutional use of the Espionage Act. Let's take this to the Supreme Court.

This is why I have said Assange should stop fighting extradition. And imho the US is happy he does so. He's in more of a prison these past years than if he came here to fight against the injustice. He'd have the best lawyers in America for sure.

Did you participate in @elonmusk poll? I find it interesting given information I just read about Snowden. It’s almost like putting ‘Jesus’ on a poll with ‘Barrabus’, free them both or no? Granted he said he didn’t know much of either and wasn’t giving an opinion… hmmmm

He can make that defense in court if he likes, but my understanding is the issue isn’t merely possession it is Assange’s alleged involvement in their illicit acquisition.

Assange used his information to help make HRC lose the election against Trump. He is no hero. He had a vendetta and showed his true colors.
