To clear up any confusion here: None of the 205,000 voters deactivated July 31 voted in any election in 2020, and most (174,000) have not voted since November 2016.

A group of more than 174,000 voters who had not voted in the past four years and did not respond to a mailing was deactivated on July 31, as required by state law. A second, separate group of more than 31,000 voters from the 2019 ERIC Movers List mailing were also deactivated.

👋Hey Wisconsin Voter! Today is a good day to check your voter registration. You can do that in just a few minutes at myvote.wi.gov/en-us/. If you have questions about your registration, ask @WI_Elections or your local clerk.
Last weekend, the Wisconsin Elections Commission deactivated more than 205,000 voters through list maintenance processes. elections.wi.gov/node/7483
