Engro's Uraan Trainees share their experience receiving a well-rounded training of technical and vocational skills to help them thrive in the professional world. Engro is determined to provide the women of Pakistan with equal opportunities and prepare them for the future.

Engro Uraan ke Mehmaan is a vocational training program that is targeted at freshly graduated women residing in Port Qasim.

The program duration is a year, entailing multiple speaker sessions and learning circles on emotional intelligence, banking on the strength of women, problem-solving, becoming a valuable team member, winning attitude, and effective communication for the trainees.
