With a vision to have a broad representation of Pakistan at the Olympics, Engro has partnered with the Pakistan Volleyball Federation (PVF) to initiate the Engro Volleyball Development Program.

Engro aims to help the Pakistan Volleyball Federation (PVF) establish a National Training Camp, which includes qualified foreign coaches, as well as multiple regional training camps.

For the development of local talent and to train athletes for international competitions, such as the Olympics 2028, the World Championship, and the World League.
