@Ghias_K, President & CEO, Engro Corporation, attended the GDEIB Awards where he stresses the need to increase women's participation in Pakistan's workforce and urged corporations to offer equal opportunities for women getting senior roles.
Spoke at the GDEIB Awards #IWD event about the dire need to increase PK women's workforce participation which stands at 22%. Corporates should ensure women are given equal opps in a harassment free workspace, with a focus on developing women talent for senior leadership roles.
