Some of the 17 onboarded females share their experience with Engro through Uraan Associate Trainee Program, explaining how the program enabled them to learn more about engineering and working on the ground on fields by facing rigorous challenges.

Uraan Associate Training Program is a 1-year training program that facilitates employability among local women of Bin Qasim Town with the aim to empower women through different technical skills that would help them scale new heights.
The induction of women into the program will ensure an increase in their number from 12% to 42% and pave way for a more diverse and equitable environment.
The Future Summit highlighted the core issues and importance of business strategies and addressed leadership and business concerns that are crucial to today's decision makers.
