The party that changed the filibuster to ram SCOTUS appointees through will not change the filibuster again when it suits their purpose? I’m supposed to believe that? Sure hope Dems are able to see through the charade.

In other words, he has no plan of voting for it. He will continue to push it down the road as long as he’s allowed to by Dem leadership. Goal: Continue the farce that he’s a voting rights advocate.

Is the form required to be on special weight/color paper? Some other nonsense? A reasonable government would make a PDF available online for one to print.
Wow… such an important message delivered with incredible style.
Not all men.

So stupid to worry about retaliation. GOP will do this anyway if they regain power. Fear should not stop them from doing the right thing now.

People discovered covidtests.gov like four hours ago and already my grandfather-in-law found out about it from his garden club group text, it's some of the fastest transmission of not-officially-announced news I've ever seen

Instructions for how to get the free tests. If you are an apartment dweller, make note of special guidance in the thread.
Hey guys! If you’re in the United States, FREE rapid COVID-19 tests are available to be ordered via USPS. Easy form to fill out, doesn’t take very long. FYI it is 4 tests PER household. Be sure to order your tests and pass this tweet along! Order here: special.usps.com/testkits

Vaccines aren’t going to stop infection. They do lessen the severity. But you’d rather we had more people seriously ill and dying. You prefer a military that is unable to fulfill its mission because too many are sick.

You shame his life and legacy. You’re nothing but a corporate shill, bought and paid for. Who cares about Democracy, helping people and improving the lives of your constituents as long as you’re getting paid, right?
My wish is that Dem leadership spent more time talking about this issue. Too often they let themselves be led into defending against lies and GOP propaganda. The media isn’t a huge help here either with the never ending “both sides” when one side is fascist.

Defense in Layers. I usually think about it in terms of Computer Security, but certainly not exclusive to it.
What we call in public health "non-pharmaceutical interventions" (or NPIs for short) have been + remain incredibly important I'd like to talk through why a 'vaccine only' strategy is a mistake using this amazing infographic from @MackayIM

They are there for the cruelty, as long as they aren’t the ones on the receiving end.

If only the GOP could feel shame for what you’ve done to politicize medical treatment. Mandates wouldn’t be needed if people would get vaccinated to support their community. You’re too busy being selfish to realize the one that should be hanging his head in shame is you.

Why aren’t they staying at home and mainlining ivermectin and guzzling their own piss? The ones that really get me are when they file lawsuits to force hospital to treat them with ivermectin.

I’m sure I could learn a few things from your process. If you could cover the how without naming names, it would be beneficial to many!

A friend of mine is a former health inspector. Having hosted them for BBQ, yeah, it’s like that.
