We're in dire straights. If the upcoming water year is as bad as this one, Glen Canyon won't be able to provide power in November 2022. That means a "call" on water across the board to get the water levels up to do so. coloradosun.com/2021/10/20/w…

Convincing evidence. University of Northern Colorado, where positive COVID cases is quite high, really shows the best contrast. So glad CU mandated vaccinations and masks early in the game. cpr.org/2021/10/19/colorado-…

For those hearing lots of emergency activity this morning in #Boulder
We are currently working a large fire at an apartment building in the 2300 block of Pearl Street. There are multiple agencies on scene and we are asking folks to please avoid the area. Some residents suffered minor injuries & were working with the Red Cross #Boulder

eos.org/articles/new-contami… Leaching of Rare Earth Elements (REEs) are a problem with long ago abandoned mines. Climate change is exacerbating the issue. Perhaps, they can be captured and used rather than being shipped from China. Research by @CUBoulder scientists.

dailycamera.com/2021/10/13/b… "When asked whether they support the school board following Boulder County Public Health’s guidance in responding to the pandemic, four of the five candidates said “yes.” Frost didn’t directly answer, instead saying “we need to follow the medical science.”

I completely agree! Such a depth of experience in BVSD
Replying to @LSweeneyMiran
Listening to @NicoleRajpal list her qualifications it’s undeniable that she would be a rare candidate who could jump on to the @BVSDcolorado board and hit the ground running.
