Cyber torture is also 'no-touch' torture (as in blindfolds, chains) but done without the presence of another human being. They use microwave & neuroweapons which allows the perfect crime: advanced military tech developed post WW2. No trace. Now described as 'new tech' to deceive

I agree. The US is responsible for most of the torture in this world. I'm being tortured with UHF ELF and Microwave as I type this by mq9 reaper drones that hover over my home every night.
