Thinking today of Abraham Heschel, who died on Dec 23 1972, and his prophetic message for our time. He escaped Warsaw in 1939 and settled in the US: “I am a brand plucked from the fire, in which my people was burned to death.” Faith entails responsibility to the world.

We are witnessing the suffering of tyranny: right here,now. The regime of 45 has put us all in danger, however, my concern is focused at the moment on innocent desperate families that are affected by the pathology and greed of a government with no plan on how keep citizens safe.
