Feast of St Mary Magdalene. What if the church had been founded on the rock of faith of a woman who did not abandon Jesus when he was being killed, who went to his tomb to anoint his tortured body, who was the first to see the risen Lord, and the first to proclaim this good news?

Maybe because Jesus didn't want women being crucified upside down?

I venerate Saint Mary Magdalene for her great conversion and faith, but your tweet is completely pointless. Don't tweet just to tweet.

What if we accepted that Christ knew what he was doing in gifting oftentimes faithless and clueless men with both the examples and wisdom of the most forsaken and ostensibly helpless among us just as he trusted a young unwed mother to courageously cooperate in the Incarnation?

That's funny, i thought the Rock was Lord Jesus Christ... It's what the Holy Bible says in multiple places E.G... 1Cor 10:4: "And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ."

What if the Father had allowed the Cup to pass Christ by? What if Eve had said, ewww, a snake? What if Pharoah's heart hadn't been hardened, & had said, Mose, ya know I love ya like a brother, take whoever you want out into the desert to worship this God of yours? #IfsAndButs

You're second-guessing Christ, really? The arrogance is mind-boggling. If you want a christless church go start one.
