On CNN last night, @DavidBrodyCBN said it was all a joke -- even though had Obama done the same it would have been "serious." @KirstenPowers's epic eye roll at that take pretty much said it all.

That’s a 100% lie. I said it would probably be taken more seriously if Obama did it because he’s a serious guy and therefore he would really mean it. Trump doesn’t mean it because he’s joking. Get it right
