We need to enlarge our reflection on the Good Samaritan: adding to our care for one injured man, or our fellow human beings, a concern as well for future generations; for our non-human brother and sister creatures; for our planet, which has been attacked and injured by robbers.
1. You should know that we are 10-15 years away from Orangutans going extinct in the wild.
This isn't some hyperbolic prediction...we've lost over 100,000 Orangutans in the past 18 years.
Orangutans are our cousins and we're watching them disappear before our very eyes.
