"This is the time of the deepest joy..." She added a P.S. "How embarrassing it will be and depressing if the Lord works a miracle, and I don't die after all!" Returning to her monastery this month I was happy to pray at her grave.

I felt very sad and bereft to hear of her death although I was also able to hope that she had ‘achieved’ the crowning of her life, of which she spoke so powerfully.
