My dear father, #DanielEllsberg, died this morning June 16 at 1:24 a.m., four months after his diagnosis with pancreatic cancer. His family surrounded him as he took his last breath. He had no pain and died peacefully at home. commondreams.org/opinion/dan…

At one point he said, if he were to have a gravestone, that he would say: "He became a part of the anti-Vietnam and anti-nuclear movement." By chance, my interview about him, for release this Father's Day weekend, was posted today. plough.com/en/topics/justice…

I interviewed him 10 years ago, and he's still a hero. Blessings to you and your family.
I can't believe it was 10 years ago that I did this interview with #DanielEllsberg. #Pride 2013: Grand Marshal #ChelseaManning & @DanielEllsberg . (At that time, Manning had a different Name) vimeo.com/69780034
