BREAKING: Despite siding with the US prosecution on almost every point of law, DJ Vanessa Baraitser has ruled to deny #Assange's extradition on the account that prison conditions and SAMs would be "oppressive" to his mental health and lead to substantial risk of suicide.

The prosecution on behalf of the United States have already confirmed they will appeal the finding in line with section 107. Court will re-adjourn till 11.45 to allow for counsel to discuss their bail application with Assange.
