(3/) All of these relate to Spanish security firm UC Global and its subsidiary Undercover UC Global. As was previously reported, David Morales Guillén (owner and director) and Michel Wallemacq (director of operations) are the accused.

(6/) Finally and importantly, Cantarero and Público have published for the first time a professional services agreement between UC Global and Las Vegas Sands Corporation, documenting that their contractual relationship commenced on September 1, 2016.
