On top of building killer drones, @ElbitSystemsLtd makes surveillance technology for Israel's apartheid wall, checkpoints and Gaza fence, enabling apartheid. The US and EU use Elbit's tech to militarize their borders, violating refugee and indigenous peoples' rights. #StopElbit

killing kids and civilians has been tolerated by the US for a long time. I'd think that a Senator on the Foreign Relations committee would realize that
There must be accountability. If there are no consequences for a strike this disastrous, it signals to the entire drone program chain of command that killing kids and civilians will be tolerated.

Food at a lot of schools in NJ and the rest of the US looks like this because they no longer have kitchens and contract out to companies that also supply prisons like @r@m@rk filtermag.org/student-occupa…

Schools contract out custodial work, lunch aides, paraprofessionals, and bus drivers to avoid paying healthcare and pension benefits. Our kids suffer with high turnover and lower safety standards and society suffers with part time work with out benefits.

By lower safety standards I mean background checks and professionalism. In my school district we had bus drivers randomly dropping off tiny kids on busy streets and a para taking up skirt pictures of elementary girls and masturbating in front of students.
