Today, @MayorCarter signed Executive Order 2022-4 which requires proof of vaccination or neg. test obtained within 72 hours of entry at any City of Saint Paul licensed business any time food and/or drink is sold or served indoors for consumption. Effective Jan. 19.
ROAD CLOSURE ALERT: Beginning Jan. 18, Jackson St will be closed to vehicle traffic from 4th St to Kellogg Blvd in dtwn @CityofSaintPaul. Bikes and peds can go through the jersey barriers on Jackson St to connect to the Capital City Bikeway and other destinations.
