EU customers: Avoid @drop EU collection at all costs. ordered the HE4XX EU collection. Broken. Warranty replacement via US. Stuck at customs. No invoice with VAT to proof taxes were paid on the original. It's fucked up.

For now that is. I'm sure they'll eventually get things working correctly. But until the VAT issue is fixed, it might be better to not order EU collection, but order from the US.

I already sent an email reply to the support case, so I guess we should continue there rather than splitting up attention? Support has been excellent so far, very responsive.
