I purchased your @drop KeyCap Club membership last week. I still have no access or discounts. I was planning on shopping for BF/CM, but I guess you guys are done receiving my business? Can I just get a refund, since you just took my money with nothing in return?

Your agent was extremely rude with me. Apparently your website decided even though I was logged in under my account. That because I paid for keycaps with PayPal to go ahead and create a new account for me with that key clubs membership problem is that is not my account...

The agent was very rude with me and canceled my account without explaining exactly what happened. I had to deduct it. I am not happy at all, especially as an individual living with a disability to be treated like this is absolutely disrespectful. All I wanted was to shop...
