I made the mistake of purchasing @Drop KeyCap Club membership using PayPal. Their system created a brand new account, using my PayPal email address, and applied the membership to it, despite being logged in to my account. Now @drop claims it's my fault? You consider this service?

Hi there! We are sorry to hear the experience with customer service didn't meet your expectations. We've been working on your case in the background. Can you DM us the email you use on Drop and we'll make sure to find away to add the Keycap Club membership for you.

There are about two pages with this and much more information in our DM. Could you please read and respond? Could I speak to someone over the phone? I am a disabled American and am asking for an ADA compliant way to handle this issue.

I waited all day for a response from @drop, either here or via email. Nothing but silence. This hobby is about enthusiasts and companies that are reputable and treat its customers with dignity. Does @drop truly believe I've been treated with respect as a paying customer, a human?

An entire week has passed, and yet I've to hear nothing from @drop. Is this for real? Can you at least provide me with a phone number so I can start a return on everything I've ever purchased from @Drop since they can't even be bothered to provide me with any customer service...
