At @tignumeng we have decided to shorten our week from 5 to 4 days in order to use the extra day with responsibility for recovering. I think this is a step forward towards mental fatigue. Let's create a move so super cool if you RT. #Thread here 馃憞

As in the above link, we decided to work 4 times a week. As a common scenario, we are suffering from tech debt and the idea is to bet on newer technologies. We are building a new app based on #KMM and our backend uses #spring and it is legacy, the idea is gradually migrate it

We aim for remote work too. Things get easy if you are in Germany due to the fact we do not have a branch somewhere else. Freelancing is also accepted.

We are a small team, there is a lot to be done but we aim to provide all the needed support and room for learning and making mistakes. Company's culture based on human values: that is also our core business: working on mental fatigue and psychological safety.

Feel also free to ask anything. Fully transparency in all senses. Happy to sit down and discuss too. There is also the chance to hire an #infrastructure engineer part-time. We are super flexible. Thank you very much for reading!

Our priority is to get someone with a few years of experience at the moment but we don't want to close any door in the mid term.

Are you paring KMM with compose and swiftUI? Great fit if you do server driven ui.

What do you mean by server driven UI? Indeed we are planning to do Swift UI and Jetpack compose at UI level.
