Can't rely on your charge 4 for pretty much anything since the band mount broke off again and your not willing to support or fix this design defect...

Yes, the @fitbit site AND the app both seem to have just gone down about 10 minutes ago. Hopefully they will be back up, soon.

Can't believe I can not email for support. My Sense is only 3 months old and is not holding a battery charge. I do not use any of the features except simple tracking and used to get several days use, now it sends me the message to charge after a few hours. Disappointing purchase.
