Through the noise, remember the grounding truth that you can: 💨 open windows and vents in the tube/office/in bars whenever you enter 😷 wear a mask whenever you want 📈 test regularly 🌲prioritise outdoors over indoors after July 19th. Make your own rules.

@ginamartinuk Would you possibly de-tweet our petition to provide a direct reporting function for sexual harassment and misogyny on here? change.org/p/social-media-si…

The fact that their are pictures circling that supposedly show Alec Baldwin crying after the tragic shooting that occurred on set is so dispiriting. Imagine being in such anguish and pain after such an accident and being photographed? Fuck the paparazzi tbh

Wow clearly didn’t realise how many people hate Alec Baldwin! Don’t really know much about him tbh but also how I dare I have sympathy for a tragic situation when someone has been bad in the past

When my sister met @ginamartinuk she kept screaming her name like Martin would and Gina is such a good sport she just laughed. I said to my sister “I don’t think Martin made it over here so your joke is falling short”. And she kept screaming it anyways because cocktails.

Fuel poverty is set to spiral this winter. The Government must: 🔘 Reverse the #universalcredit cut. 🔘 Bring energy into public ownership and properly cap prices. #energycrisis

The government can reverse anything they want. Fuel prices are prising, tax is rising, food prices are rising, gas prices are potentially rising. They should, and must, reinstate #UniversalCredit.
Hey @RishiSunak did you get our messages? 📲 Yesterday we took nearly a thousand texts straight to Westminster, showing what the £20 a week cut to #UniversalCredit means to people, and why the Chancellor must choose to reverse this devastating decision at the #SpendingReview.

Our client received this message on his #universalcredit online account this week. As if it wasn't hard enough to claim UC... (Point 5 is what kidnappers do, which seems appropriate.) Are others getting these messages?

Between 2015 to 2018, drinks spiking had more than doubled, according to figures from UK police forces. Spiking is a real threat, but the messaging we're given around it is often inaccurate.

I cannot stand the “advice” institutions give to people who have been spiked. Imagine thinking the solution is to give someone who’s been given a nervous system suppressant a job to do. It’s always “while drugged try doing this!” and never “why are men spiking women’s drinks?”.
