Email: @Superhuman Superhuman's main benefit is helping you find what's important, & getting through it faster, using: game design. Using keyboard shortcuts, you can easily sort/organize your email into categories + get through your to-do list quickly.

On the right side, you get a detailed view of WHO you're talking to. If you get a lot of emails, this is an easy way to keep track of past emails sent (which you can quickly look at). In addition, you'll see their social handles for added context. For $1/day, it's a steal.

Calendar: @vimcal Vimcal is the "Superhuman of Calendars" as most people call it. My favorite feature is the ability to quickly share available times for calls/meetings.

Project Management: @NotionHQ Notion allows you to create a custom framework for anything. Project management, meeting notes, onboarding processes, client information, etc. It's easy to access, the app is simple and easy to read, and it's free.

Writing: @iAWriter IA Writer is completely distraction-free writing. There are no toolbars, alerts, fancy customized writing options, etc. Just a blank white page with your writing in a plain font.

Sleep: @whoop & @eightsleep If I get: ā€¢ 6-7 hours of sleep: I can get by ā€¢ 8 hours of sleep: I can work/think ā€¢ 9+ hours of sleep: I get things done 2x faster than normal The quality of sleep is important, too. Both apps help track and optimize my sleep for high recovery.

Reflection: MadHappy Journal (not an app) I've never been a journal guy, but writing daily in the MadHappy Journal keeps it simple with a daily set of questions, and allows me to understand how I'm feeling and thinking. Even if you're not a "journal person" I recommend this.
