This is why you *don't* propagate TLEs with anything else than SGP4! Check out pypi.org/project/sgp4/ by the mighty @brandon_rhodes to do it properly.
Comparing a RK4 TLE propagation to proper SGP4 TLE propagation In the <20minutes it takes the ISS to cross the USA, the RK4 propagation (gold dot) diverges pretty significantly from the SGP4 propagation (ISS)
