My new blog is alive! Excited to explore what happens when #tech meets #bio (#techbio)! As a biologist who had the good luck of being taken under the wing of a 'Computer Person' (@yawnxyz) in 2017, I think magic happens when scientists hang out w/tech ppl. jessbio.substack.com/p/tech-…

Took a break from social media/academia the past month but happy to be back and announce I graduated with First Class Honours in Chemistry. I learnt just as much this year as I did in undergraduate chemistry and enjoyed every minute!⚗️ #AcademicChatter #graduated #Chemistry

The Mentor Leaders Program was a great initiative to help coordinate for @In2science! It was super rewarding to hear all about the mentoring outcomes & I am excited to celebrate their achievement tomorrow ☺️🥳
This year we rolled out the Mentor Leaders Program. In2science mentors were paired with STEM Professional Mentors to facilitate career discussions and filter it down to secondary school students! Tomorrow we celebrate the mentor's commitment and achievements at @Toyota_Aus 🎉🧵

This was such a great phage therapy success story to write about! If you want to learn about phages to save a sea turtle 🐢- check out the PHAVES recording or read my behind the paper! 🥳 @phagedirectory
Remember when Shelley the sea turtle got phage therapy? (Sparked by @chngin_the_wrld & made possible by research labs sharing phage!) Today in C&T, @stephh_lynch distills learnings from the case & shares an interview w/ Shelley's vet! phage.directory/capsid/sea-t… #phagetherapy
