I have never understood why it is "greed" to want to keep the money you have earned but not greed to want to take somebody else's money.

It should be illegal or something to describe your web-based product as "enterprise" if it doesn't support proper SSO. How many accounts on random websites do you think I want to make when a new hire starts, or hope to remember to disable when somebody leaves the company?

Tried to order online from @BWWings and it said "item unavailable" for my wings. Called them and they said traditional wings were only available dine-in, not takeout, due to a shortage. But that means they have them... WTF? You sure know how to push away long-time customers

@BWWingsCares was this decision supported by corporate? We're in a country where the vaccine isn't even available to everybody and you're refusing to sell your primary product unless I'm willing to sit in your dining room?

Do I know anybody that works at Hulu? How much would it cost to get an export of my personal watch history? It bugs me that they have this info about my activity, but don't let me have access to it.

Reminder that Biden's "gun plan" requires you to pay $200 for every magazine you own, or get stuck with 5 years in jail per offense. Leland Yee literally helped smuggle RPGs and only got 5 years. sfchronicle.com/bayarea/artiā€¦

I finally got around to making a rack for my conference badges! I think I should have made it a bit longer.

Why is it still not possible to search Twitter limiting the search to tweets in your feed? Re-finding a tweet you know you saw come across your feed is near impossible

A side project of mine is @infoconorg, an archive to try and preserve hacking (and some infosec) history. It is starting to go through a big update by adding related podcasts, skills, and mirrors for other sites and projects. This first big content update is almost 2k new videos.

This is such a sad story, and IMO the perpetrators deserved much harsher punishments for stealing from the public. Funny that they start with talking about defense in depth but it reinforced another security truth: the difficulty of defending against insider threats.
