I went to a Thai restaurant staffed at least 50/50... And a Japanese restaurant that definitely had both Japanese and European staff. I feel like most pubs employ exclusively white staff too... Maybe it's a two sided problem or not a problem at all.

They are a British firm! Based in Leicester. They have zero to do with international trade.

But the UK will lose vastly more trade than it gains when it loses its biggest trade deal with the EU. So loss of trade = shrinking economy and higher prices = mass unemployment and lower living standards.
